Fable & Co. is a social media agency providing content production, channel management, and growth strategy services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the Instagram accounts or other channels we manage for clients.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. That happens in two ways:
- Proposal requests. The "Request a proposal" button opens a pre-filled email in your own email application. Anything you write there (your brand name, channels, budget, and message) is sent directly to our inbox at joshuamailforwork@gmail.com. It does not pass through this website or get stored on any server we operate.
- Direct messages. If you message us on Instagram instead, that conversation is subject to Instagram's own privacy policy, not this one.
We do not use contact forms, sign-up boxes, or any mechanism on this site that stores your information in a database.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. We do not know who visits this site, how many people view it, or what pages they look at. The only external requests this page makes are to load web fonts (Google Fonts), which may log your IP address as part of normal font delivery, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use information
Information you send us through a proposal request or direct message is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we move forward, to scope and deliver the work you've asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data security
Email is not a fully secure channel, so please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial information through it. We take reasonable steps to keep our email account secure, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to joshuamailforwork@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed at businesses and individuals old enough to enter into a commercial agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
